Updated 14/02/2017 regarding term 17. 'Trek Through The Jungle In Thailand', ninety minute elephant trek has now been replaced with a half-day off road quad adventure.

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. This promotion is open to UK, excluding Northern Ireland (England, Scotland, Wales) residents and excludes employees and the immediate families of SCA ("the Promoter"), its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.

2. Entrants must be aged 16 years and over. Parental or Guardian consent to be obtained should under 18s win a prize.

3. Promotion is open 03.01.2017 and closes 31.07.2017.

4. After 31.07.2017 all Pink Tickets and promotional pack codes will be null and void.

5. Internet access required. This is an online promotion only, there is no postal or telephone entry route.

6. 10 winning Pink Tickets have been randomly inserted across the promotional packs of Bodyform. This independently verified process however may mean that some variant types or sizes do not include a winning Pink Ticket at all. Prize Claims

There are 10 prizes to be won to a choice of 10 destinations: Jungle Trek in Thailand, Tour of India's Golden Triangle, Foodie Adventure in New York, Surfing in Sydney, Auckland Adrenalin Adventure, Island Hopping in Croatia, Scuba Adventure in Bali, Explore the Epic Wilds of Yellowstone National Park, Search for the Northern Lights in Iceland, or a South African Safari Adventure.

9. Pink Tickets will be randomly seeded into promotional packs of Bodyform variants using a process verified by an independent 3rd party, and will contain details of how to claim.

10. If a Pink Ticket is found in pack: To claim the prize the entrant must retain their original Pink Ticket, the packaging and the promotional stopper, and contact the Promoter using the details provided on the Pink Ticket to receive a claim reference number and next step instructions. After successful contact with the Promoter claimants must send in their original Pink Ticket via post to the specified freepost postal address, for validation. Do not send your original Pink Ticket in to the Promoter unless you have been authorised as this will invalidate your win. Photocopies will not be accepted. Winners should take a photocopy or photo of the Pink ticket on both sides and retain their claim reference details together with the original packaging and promotional stopper for their own reference.

11. Prizes are as specified and are non-transferable. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater values. Unless otherwise agreed with the Promoter, a winner is not permitted to transfer the right to take up a prize to anyone else.

12. Claims will be subject to a full verification process by an independent third party. Pink Ticket prize winners must retain their winning ticket in the first instance until authorised to forward to the promotor.

13. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for Pink Tickets that are lost, damaged, mislaid or delayed, nor any associated costs to entrants.

14. Pink Tickets must be received by the Promoter within 28 days of phoning the winners' helpline Freephone number.

15. Details of the winner's full names and counties will be available by emailing info@bodyformpinkticketadventures.co.uk within 6 months of the Promotion closing.

27. Economy flights available from major international airports in London only; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation; Hotel/cabin accommodation is based on two adults sharing one double or twin room; All hotel accommodation will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion are aged 70 or over; All prize elements are subject to availability; Prize cannot be taken from 21st December 2017 - 2nd January 2018 (Christmas and New Year), over UK bank holidays, over Easter Sunday, or during the month of December; Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame; Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates no later than eight weeks prior to departure; All stays must include a Saturday night in the hotel; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Once the chosen trip has been confirmed, it cannot be amended and no reimbursement will be made should failure to travel be as a result of the winners' circumstances; For trips which include car hire (Yellowstone National Park), the named driver must be aged 21 or over, with a full clean driving license. Any drivers aged 25 or under, or with less than three years' driving experience, will need to pay a supplementary cost for car hire. A valid credit card in the name of the named driver, with available funds of up to £500, will be required for security deposit purposes when hiring the car.

28. Other than those items expressly included within the prize as detailed above, any other costs and expenses which the winner (or their guests) may incur in connection with enjoying their prize will be at the sole expense of the winner (and/or their guests). Such additional costs may include, but are not limited to, travel between the winner and and/or their guests' homes and the airport in the United Kingdom from which the return flights are booked; meals and drinks other than those outlined above; excursion costs or entry fees for attractions other than those detailed above; passport or visa applications and holiday/ travel insurance.

29. If the winner wishes to take a child as their guest and they are not the parent or legal guardian of the child then the winner must provide written confirmation from the parent or legal guardian that they consent to the child travelling on the holiday with the winner.

30. 16 - 18 yr old winners (16 - 21 yrs in USA) must travel with an adult of the relevant age for the chosen trip and have the necessary consent of their parent or guardian.

31. Participants will be responsible for ensuring they have the correct passport (valid for at least 6 months at the time of travel), visa, medical and or holiday / travel insurance for the country that they are visiting and these will be checked and confirmed prior to the trip being booked.

Golden Moments

32. Every promotional pack stopper contains a unique promotional pack code which can be exchanged for one £10 experience voucher to spend with Golden Moments. There are 3,500,000 x £10 Golden Moments vouchers available across the range of Bodyform promotional packs.

33. To claim the experience £10 off next purchase experience voucher code applicants must visit www.bodyformpinkticketadvetures.co.uk, enter the unique code found on the promotional stopper on their pack, and then they will be required to provide information including first name, last name, genuine email address and date of birth, all of which is personal, valid and accessible throughout the whole promotion. In the event that the specified information is not provided or incorrect, the claim will be considered incomplete and therefore invalid.

34. Promotional pack codes are case sensitive and must be entered online exactly as they appear on the promotional stopper. Each promotional pack code is unique and can only be used once. Attempts to enter the same promotional pack code more than once, the use of codes from non-promotional packs, or the use of any promotional pack codes not intended for use in this promotion, may result in disqualification and all claims will be declared void.

35. All promotional pack codes qualify for a £10 off next experience voucher code which will be emailed to the claimant and can be redeemed against Golden Moments experiences online at www.bodyformpinkticketadvetures.co.uk.

36. The promotional pack codes have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.

37. The experience voucher codes are unique and can only be entered/redeemed once.

38. Once entered/redeemed, all experience voucher codes will be rendered void for any further claim attempts. Any attempt to enter an experience voucher code more than once will disqualify the claim and any experience voucher will be void.

39. All experience voucher codes are valid for use on purchases at www.goldenmoments.co.uk within 12 months of issue. The expiry date of the voucher will be displayed on the email you receive. Experiences must be booked and taken before the voucher expires. One experience voucher per person per booking only. Multiple vouchers can be used for the same experience booking but each voucher must be for a different person within the party. Voucher cannot be used in association with any other offer. The Experience must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if any part is unused.

40. It is the responsibility of the entrant to supply the correct personal information for the experience voucher code. The promoter will not be liable for the non-delivery of the experience voucher code caused by the provision of wrong information.

41. There are no other Experience voucher alternatives available in whole or in part. No cash alternatives except in the event of circumstances outside of its control, when the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.

General

42. Keep your packaging including the promotional stopper as it may be required to validate a win or reward voucher claim.

43. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous uninterrupted or secure access to the website. Numerous factors outside the control of the promoter may interfere with the operation of the Website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering or any entries delayed or corrupted.

44. In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter, or in cases of fraud, abuse and/or error (human or computer) that affect or could affect the proper operation of the promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only when the circumstances are that this is unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time, but will always endeavour to minimize the impact on the participant in order to avoid undue disappointment.

45. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct audits on all entries and winners to refuse a prize, the right to withdraw an award or refuse further participation in the promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a violation of these terms or any instruction regarding the requirements for participation in the promotion or in the event that a participant would have had an unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or would have won by fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter for all decision, which are final and binding.

Limitations of liability

46. Each part of the prize will be provided to the winners and their guests by the individual service provider responsible for the part in question (such as the hotel, airline or trip company) and will be subject to any additional terms and conditions as specified by those service providers. None of these service providers are part of the SCA Hygiene group of companies (the manufacturers of Bodyform) and all experiences are taken at the risk of the winners and their guests. In the event of any problems or complaints arising, they must be addressed by the winner to the relevant service provider directly, and not to the Promoter.

47. Save in respect of liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other matter for which we are not lawfully permitted to limit or exclude our liability, we will not be liable to the winners or any of their guests for any loss, damage or injury which may be sustained by any of them as a result of taking the holiday or any experiences which form part of the prize.

48. Neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:

49. Any incorrect or inaccurate code entry, or for any faults, failures or errors in any electronic data transmissions.

50. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of codes at any point in the operation of this promotion. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.

51. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or any combination thereof.

52. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alternation of winning packs or tickets at any point during the operation of this promotion.

Conduct of entry:

53. Entrants of the promotion agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserved the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the code redemption process or the operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.

54. No entrant can use their computer to enable multiple claims, (e.g. by the use of 'script' programme, application or 'brute force') or to undermine the promotion. If there is any suspicion regarding potential voucher claims, the Promoter has the right to request the pack and relevant promotional pack code before awarding the experience voucher code. In the event of any issues with an entrant's claim, that person's claim will be disqualified and the voucher will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any claim including but not limited to, name, address and date of birth (which must be provided within 7 days of request).

55. By taking part in the promotion, entrants acknowledge that they may be required to take part in relevant publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrant's name and/or image, statements made by the entrant concerning the promotion and/or prizes obtained as part of the promotion.

56. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into regarding winner selection.

57. The Promoter does not assume any responsibility for promotional pack codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened.

58. The terms and conditions of this promotion are subject to the legal and regulatory restrictions imposed under English law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

59. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

Experience vouchers T&Cs

60. Experiences must be booked and taken by 12 months from the date of booking.

61. All Experiences are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute alternatives of equal or greater value.

62. Certain conditions and restrictions apply to specific Experiences such as age, weight and height limits. These are clearly displayed within each Experience description and should be understood prior to confirming a date for the chosen activity. If the entrant has further questions relating to restrictions, please use the instant chat function alongside each Experience description for further clarification.

63. Participation in an Experience is solely at the entrant's own risk and subject to any third party terms and conditions notified to the entrant at the time of booking and to take part in the Experience.

64. SCA shall have no responsibility for any services obtained by the entrant when participating in an Experience. SCA will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the entrant when participating in their chosen Experience.

65. The Experience provider, Golden Moments, contracts with independent suppliers who make the Experiences featured in this promotion available to our customers, subject to their own terms and conditions that can be found at www.goldenmoments.co.uk/terms or with the confirmation of booking. Descriptions and itineraries may vary between locations. Please check before booking.

66. The description of each experience is at times abbreviated and is correct at time of print. However, the content or format of any Experiences may change slightly during the year. Fully updated details on each Experience are available from Golden Moments' customer service team info@goldenmoments.com or on 0845 2714 900 at any time and on entrant's booking confirmation.

67. Participation in the Experience is conditional upon acceptance of the description of the Experience detailed in the booking confirmation. Golden Moments reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the Experiences on offer of the Experiences themselves without notice. Where an alteration is made Golden Moments will notify the recipient at the time their booking is confirmed or by subsequent communication. Similarly, where specific vehicles or celebrities are detailed Golden Moments make every attempt to provide those. In the event of mechanical breakdown, illness or circumstances beyond our control, Golden Moments reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions without notice.

68. The pictures and images used in connection with this promotion and the Experiences and on printed materials are for illustration indication only, as the machines, vehicles, craft, animals and setting at each venue do vary and may not reflect a true likeness.

Data Protection and Privacy Policy:

69. The information the entrant provides will only be used for the purpose of facilitating the Promotion unless they have agreed to its use for any other purpose. Entrants can opt-in to receive further information via email from Bodyform about our products and services; after which they can also choose to unsubscribe from such emails at any point in the future. 70. SCA takes the privacy of its Users seriously. It is committed to safeguarding the privacy of its Users and that all persons whose personal data is processed by SCA shall at all times be confident that their privacy is respected and that due care is taken regarding his or her personal data. Personal data, including data such as names and addresses which you provide to SCA, may be processed manually as well as by computers.

71. Any visit to the SCA Sites may lead to registration of the IP address used for such access. SCA use IP addresses to measure the use of the Sites to help improve the site, to personalize the experience to tailor relevant content and to optimize user experience and determine frequency.
